data. Personal data is any information that can be related to you
personally, such as your name, address, email address or user behaviour.
Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in the
following sections of this privacy policy.

others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g.
names, email addresses, etc.).

4 Website hosting
This website is hosted externally. The host automatically collects and
stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser
automatically transmits to us. These are:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of the request (specific page)
- Access status/HTTP status code
- Amount of data transferred
- Website from which the request originates
- Browser
- Operating system and its interface
- Language and version of the browser software
This data is stored for 90 days.
This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate
interest) and § 25 (2) TDDDG. Our legitimate interest lies in the
technically error-free presentation of our website, the purpose of which is
to provide information about our company and our services.

Order processing
We have concluded an order processing agreement (AVV) for the use of the
above-mentioned service. This is a contract required by data protection law,
which ensures that the personal data of our website visitors is only
processed in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the
GDPR.
5 Enquiries to AlogO by email, telephone or fax
If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your enquiry, including all
resulting personal data (name, contact details, company, enquiry,
application data if applicable), will be stored and processed by us for the
purpose of processing your request.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, provided
that your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is
necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other
cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in processing
enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
We delete the data collected in this context once the purpose for which it
was collected no longer applies and storage is no longer necessary, or we
restrict processing in accordance with the statutory retention periods.
6 Handling of applicant data
We offer you the opportunity to apply for a job with us (e.g. by email or
post). Below, we provide information about the scope, purpose and use of
your personal data collected during the application process.
When you apply to AlogO, we need some information about you. The following
application data is collected and processed:
- Title
- Surname, first name
- Contact details
- Address
- Date of birth
- Application documents (e.g. cover letter, CV, references, photo if applicable)
As part of the selection process, the applications received are reviewed,
queries are made regarding the above information if necessary, invitations
to interviews are sent out and further personal data is collected during
interviews as part of the selection process in order to make a decision.
The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 88 GDPR in
conjunction with § 26 BDSG. The purpose of collecting and processing your
data is to handle the application process.
Further data is voluntary and not required for an application. If
applicants nevertheless provide further information, consent to such
processing is assumed (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or, where applicable, Art. 9 (2)
(a) GDPR).
The transmitted data will be deleted after the application process has been
completed. If no employment relationship is established following the
application process, the application documents will be deleted six months
after notification of the rejection decision. If we intend to process your
data for a longer period of time, we will obtain separate permission for
this. If your application is followed by the conclusion of an employment
contract, your data will be stored and used in accordance with the relevant
legal regulations.
7 Handling of customer data
For the preparation and execution of business purposes (e.g. IT services,
recruitment), the name, contact details, company affiliation and position
of our customers' contact persons are collected. The data is necessary for
contract fulfilment, communication, presentation of potential candidates
and for recruitment.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (fulfilment of a
contract).
The data collected in this context is stored for as long as it is necessary
for the performance of the contract or for as long as there is a
corresponding purpose.
Once a year, we organise events for our customers. These events serve to
maintain contact with you and to better understand your needs and
suggestions for improvement. For the organisation of the events and the
sending of invitations, we process the following data: name, contact
details and your response regarding participation.
We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest in accordance with
Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in offering our
customers the opportunity to discuss their questions, requests and
potential opportunities for cooperation with us at any time.
8 Handling of partner data
If you wish to become our partner and use our placement services, we
collect the following data for this purpose: name, contact details,
address, application data (e.g. CV, references, project references, photo
if applicable), conditions. We need this data in order to be able to
present and place suitable candidates with our customers. As part of the
process, video interviews will be conducted with you, for which we use
Microsoft Teams or comparable established services. As part of the
selection and offer process, your data will be passed on to the relevant
customer.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual
measures or performance of a contract).
The data collected in this context will be stored for as long as it is
necessary to fulfil the purpose.
Upon request, we will add you to our partner pool. To do so, we ask for
your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR by sending you a
corresponding form.
In some cases, we receive your data through recommendations from existing
partners or from public sources such as Xing or LinkedIn. In such cases, we
will inform you of the source of the data.
9 Your rights
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
- Right to information in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR,
- Right to rectification or erasure pursuant to Art. 16 and Art. 17 GDPR,
- Right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR,
- Right to object to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR,
- Right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory
authority about our processing of your personal data, in particular to the
data protection supervisory authority of your habitual residence, your
place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
10 Objection or revocation of the processing of your data
If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can
revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future in accordance
with Art. 21 and Art. 16, 17, 18 GDPR.
If we process your personal data on the basis of a balancing of interests,
you have the right to object to this processing. This applies in particular
if the processing is not absolutely necessary for the performance of a
contract with you.
If you object, we ask you to briefly explain why you do not agree with the
processing. We will carefully review your reasons and either stop or adjust
the processing, or alternatively inform you of the compelling reasons why
we must continue the processing.
